I’m Blessy, the physiotherapist behind West Edge Performance Physio. I’ve dedicated my career to helping people move better, recover from setbacks, and return to the things that matter most to them, whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life.

I believe physiotherapy should be more than just hands on treatment - it should be a clear, guided journey. My approach is built on thorough assessment, evidence-based rehab, and a holistic view of each individual. I focus on empowering patients with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to achieve real outcomes.

I started West Edge to create a space where patients feel supported and confident every step of the way. This reflects my commitment to pushing past limits - integrating performance and care so you don’t just recover, but come back stronger.

Recovery isn’t always straightforward - it’s the consistency, not the shortcuts, that gets you there.

I TRULY LOVE WHAT I DO…
