  • Your appointment will include a detailed assessment, tailored treatment including hands on treatment and/or exercise prescription, and a clear plan so you know exactly how to move forward with confidence.

    At West Edge we treat all age groups and demographics. We accept Private Health Funds and Chronic Disease Management Care Plans via Medicare (not bulk billed).

  • Your sports massage appointment will be all about hands-on care, targeting muscle tension and recovery.

    Dry needling may also be used if it’s the best fit for your goals and if appropriate for your condition.

  • In your 1:1 Clinical Pilates session, you’ll receive personalised exercise guidance focused on improving strength, mobility, and control - all tailored to your specific goals and needs.

  • Your performance testing appointment provides objective data using the VALD system, to report on how your body moves and performs, helping to track progress and set precise goals for recovery or sport.

    This is most appropriate if you are an athlete returning to sport or an active individual wanting to learn more about your progress.
